Born in 1984, Dr. Fabio Piccotti is now considered one of the leading voices in Italian dentistry. Founder and Clinical Director of Marble Dental Wellness Center, he’s known for his meticulous clinical approach, grounded in attentive care, advanced technology and continuous education.

At 18, a scooter accident. A fractured jaw, months in the hospital, surgery, orthodontics, pain. It was in that chair — as a patient — that Fabio Piccotti understood what a dentist can truly do:
From Carrara to California — a path shaped by excellence.
He began his career in his hometown, but it wasn’t long before he joined one of the most structured dental groups in Italy. Over 13 years, he helped drive its expansion, coordinated the opening of new clinics, led multidisciplinary teams and served as Clinical Director at the Florence location.
All the while, he never stopped learning. He trained across Italy — in Rome, Padua, Naples and Turin — and eventually flew to Santa Barbara, California, to attend one of the world’s most prestigious courses. There, he studied under Dr. Cliff Ruddle, a global authority in endodontics.
That experience marked a turning point: from then on, he specialized in root canal therapy and advanced prognosis assessment for compromised teeth. Saving a tooth is no longer just an option — it’s a mission he carries out whenever clinically possible.
He is now an active member of the Italian Academy of Endodontics and the Italian Society of Conservative Dentistry.

Dr. Fabio Piccotti is a strong believer in the power of continuous education.
Throughout his career, he has completed numerous advanced training programs, developing expertise in prosthetics, endodontics and surgery. His commitment to staying at the forefront of the field has made him a reference point for fellow professionals.
In 2019, he founded ShapeIT Endo srl — a training company for dental professionals. He shares real cases, clinical insights, and advanced protocols through live and online courses. As a Key Opinion Leader for brands like Coltene, Orododeka, and Komet, he contributes to the development of increasingly precise clinical tools. He also creates podcasts for peers and for patients who want to go deeper.
